Comfortable and quiet

This cozy little home is in a great location - convenient to all amenities, and just a short walk to Echo Lake State Park - with lovely walking trails and spectacular views. Was nice to have many helpful supplies on hand like paper products, soap and spices. Living areas were comfortable and cutely decorated - with a great fireplace and plenty of wood. Kitchen was rather tight for more than one person, but plenty of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Bedrooms mostly small, but comfortable beds, and everything was clean. Some minor issue with wifi, but owner was immediately responsive. Two bedrooms have just bunk beds or a loft bed.

Great location, but house needs repairs

When we arrived, the house was freezing since they close off all of the bedrooms and only keep the main living room on very low heat. We all had to scurry to open up the bedrooms and find the heat, each bedroom had a difference type of heat. The bottom floor bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush, we contacted the owner and he replied quickly, unfortunately the plumber didn't fix it until the following afternoon. It was tough everyone only using one toilet. The house has issues with electric, every time I went to make coffee it would pop the circuit, also the outlet near the toaster would come out when we went to unplug it. The kitchen area has broken tiles and there are missing moldings. In my opinion these are safety issues, the amount of money that we paid for this house you would think that the owner would make sure that it was topnotch.

Lovely family home

Easy check in, property was exactly as described. Great for a family of 4. Even better for a bigger family. Great location - enjoyed walking to and around Echo Lake every morning of our stay. Walked from the property up to the Bryce Path and Cathedral Ledge and Whitehorse Ledge. Easy quick drive into North Conway for nice restaurants. Will definitely lie to visit North Conway and stay here again.

Great Location

Excellent location, close to Echo Lake, Diana’s Bath and Center of North Conway. We were 4 adults, 5 kids and found it spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed running around the yard and the wrap around deck was great for cooking and relaxing.

Great location

Walking distance to Echo Lake, bike to Diana's Baths, hike the Ledges from the neighborhood, bike to strawberry picking (June - early July). Very quiet, and yet just 5 minutes from the tumult of North Conway. Perfect location. House was as advertised, clean, and large enough for 7 adults + 3 children. Some very minor maintenance needed, but entirely consistent with a lake house. Very clean and smelled clean (outside it smells like an actual pine forest, for good reasons). Property is professionally managed and it took some time for me to penetrate the auto email system and get to an actual human via email. Never talked to a human in person or on the phone. So there was some anxiety on my end when we tried to shift the dates by 1 day - ultimately successful, but it was frustrating to not be able to confirm it until closer to the start date.

Perfect location

Walk to Echo Lake, 1 mile to Diana’s Baths, Ledge Trails, strawberry picking (June-early July), very quiet but only a very short drive to N Conway via the first bridge. Plenty of room for our family. We appreciated the absence of a TV upstairs (one downstairs). 1980s construction- lake house vibe. A few small repairs needed, but very clean and worked well for us. Property is professionally managed by Evolve.

Cozy and Clean Cabin Mountain Cabin

We were very pleased with the property. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to Mt Cranmore/North Conway. Would definitely stay again. Excellent communication with the host!

Wonderful Stay

First time traveling to North Conway and had a great experience. Phenomenal location to the mountains for skiing and easy access to downtown for food and shopping. The owners were extremely accommodating to help make our stay comfortable. From the beautiful fire place in the main room, to comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, they really make this place feel like home. My only suggestion is to request to have the heat turned up upon your arrival!

Fabulous place!

Everything was great for our Thanksgiving stay. Home was well equipped for cooking. Location and Layout is great. Very clean. Beautiful fireplace and Decorated nicely! The Whole Place felt COZY and beds were comfortable. We Would love to stay here again.

We loved this house!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. The location was central to all the activities we had planned in the area. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. One of the nice touches we noticed was the abundance of dishware. We’ve been to other places where they have a bunch of mismatched tag sale pieces, and never enough dishes and cookware for what you need. There was more than enough for a large group, as we ate most of our meals at the house. It was nice to have the grill to use. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The living areas were very inviting. It was so nice to relax in the evening by the fire. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. They are super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, and plan to.

Cozy and spacious

This hidden gem was the cherry on top of a wonderful weekend getaway. Upon walking in, you are met with charm and plenty of space for a large group to stay comfortably without bumping into each other. My group had 6 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of room to spare! Large, wooden dining room set and open concept living room/dining area with cathedral ceilings and neat architectural design, gorgeous fireplace, large yard and full entertainment area on the bottom floor. I couldn’t help but marvel at how unique and cozy it all was. Lots of outlets and closet space, great bathrooms and all of the kitchen appliances you would ever need- I felt so at home, I baked cookies! Would highly recommend this spot to any large group. Big thank you to the owner, we will be back soon!

Charming house

This house was a wonderful location for our three families to stay before and after skiing in the area. The description and pictures show the house well. This is a great house for kids who took over the basement with another living area, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a cabinet full of games. We definitely will rent the house again and we have rented many in the North Conway area.

Nice home for a large family

This house was spacious which is nice when a lot of kids are coming. There is no tv in the main living room which was disappointing and not clearly communicated in the listing. The TVs that we’re available are in the master bedroom and the small downstairs den, however we were unable to get either to work. The WiFi was also in and out the entire time. The house itself is very nice and they include everything you would need in the kitchen. They have gone above and beyond to make the home feel like a NH cabin and the decor is really welcoming without being overwhelming. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the tv and internet situation was extremely frustrating.

A place to come back to!

Had another fabulous experience at the house after staying here last year and loving it. Perfect setup for a group, and the 4 year old loved the loft bed! Owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. We came for the ice castles, an easy 1 hour drive away. Definitely a go-to for North Conway!

Stay at 139 Bow Lane

This house worked perfectly for our family. Kitchen area large enough that we could all sit together for meals. Took a while to warm up but then we were fine. Loved the fireplace and supply of wood. Kids and adults enjoyed our stay. Close to ski areas

Great location Well equipped

Place was nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed the fireplace and ample supply of wood. As big football fans we were very disappointed that there wasn’t a tv in the gathering room and had to watch Thanksgiving games on a iPad. The home was well equipped and a great location. We didn’t use the top bunk beds because there were no side rails and we had young children. The owners were easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Great setup for group

We rented this place for our annual ladies weekend and it was perfect! There were 9 of us and there was room for more. The kitchen had everything we needed for glasses, dishes, cookware, etc. We will definitely look in to renting this again.

Fryeburg Fair Here We Come!

Plenty of room for the 8 adults who were traveling together. Quick, convenient access to Bryce Path and Cathedral Ledge and Main Street of North Conway. Great table for game playing and open layout allowed the cook to enjoy all the festivities. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house to stay

My family enjoyed our stay, we stayed for two nights. The house is beautiful and well equipped with a full kitchen, you don't have to worry in bringing kitchen utensils, there is absolutely everything you would need. There are many rooms with a lot of beds. the location of house is great, we were only few minutes away from Diane's Bath, Echo Lake, two rivers and Storyland. The manager was very attentive to questions. The house gets very hot in summer, but there are fans in every room. The deck is beautiful and it has many reclining chairs and you can watch the sunset and the beautiful view of the mountain. There is a grill that we can use to. if you visit in winter you can enjoy of a the big fireplace. Overall, the house is a great place to be if you want a peaceful vacation. It was cozy and clean. I'll highly recommended. Thank you.
