“Went to stay there with the family including a baby and a toddler It was the perfect spot ! The house was spotless and really spatious ! Very clean the beds were spacious and everything was extremely comfy . There was even a shared playroom . When we came we had a few questions and Tasha the house manager was answering within seconds by phone . It I had one comment is that it gets cold as such we had to increase the heating substantially but nothing dramatic”

“The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it. I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!”

“The room itself had been recently decorated in a modern decor, unfortunately our bathroom had clearly been smoked in recently, not the hotels fault given all the signs, but the smell was very overpowering and unpleasant. Despite going in winter, we couldn't get the room cool enough -we opened the window and turned off the radiator but couldn't sleep as it was too hot. In addition, there was a party downstairs we were not warned about, the music carried on very late which prevented us sleeping -...

From the Cornish cream tea on arrival and the free range farm fresh eggs available, with sea views in the distance and rolling lush Cornish countryside in the foreground…the peace and tranquility this accommodation offers is cosy and second to none with generous...

Beach House was perfectly located and set up with great access to the beach, scenic walks and amazing views. The house was more than comfortable for two families, with the different living areas and gated deck/lawn areas making for a very family- and dog- friendly...
