“We stayed for a week in March 2025 and thought this cottage was wonderful. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped, this was a real home from home. The comprehensive welcome pack was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family. ”

“We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc.
The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable.”

“The overall service was very good. There was plenty of safe parking at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and there was a good choice for breakfast. Were I to need a hotel in the future close to Selby then I would have no hesitation in staying at this one again.”

“Perfect host , very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him . We arrived late and he even sat and had a drink with us in the lounge .
Really homely . Very clean . Fresh flowers in our room and chocolates was a nice touch .Breakfast was perfect . Reasonable price . ”
