The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. “Dillenbeck Cabins are excellent. They're 'rustic' (lots of wood, built by Amish carpenters - it's a cabin not a hotel) but practically new and immaculately clean. The heating is excellent and the cabin comes with all the kitchen. You need to bring linens/blankets and towels but that just makes it feel more homelike. We had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink and Steven was quick to respond and came right over and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I was disappointed that there was no closet for hanging clothes and no window coverings in the bedrooms. At the end of the day we enjoyed our stay!”

“We visited in early April to see the solar eclipse. The house was cozy, cute and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the views of the lake are lovely, and the eclipse was spectacular. “Absolutely perfect for a few nights (or more) in Burlington! The back yard is adorable and the neighborhood is quiet.”

“The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that.”

“Our son goes to UVM and felt like exploring the area beyond Burlington. This was the perfect location for us to make day trips to bike the Colchester Causeway, get fresh apple Cider, take walks by the lake and see Montreal. The cottage is cozy and cute with lots of thoughtful touches, including robes, slippers, toiletries, local snacks and more. Was also great to be able to bring our dog who our son no doubt missed more than us! Highly recommend!”
