“Es una buena opción. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Cocina bien equipada y baños limpios. Si no lo califico mejor, es porque no les costaria nada poner luz en las camas. Realmente se hecha en falta”

“Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

“Excellent proximity to CBD and good value hotel/hostel. Big kitchen / dining areas, reception people were helpful, lifts work well. Room was well prepared. Shared toilet / bathroom areas seemed to get messy during the day; despite being cleaned earlier on. ”

“Quick check in. The bed was great, not soft like in 90% of hotels, so I did not have a back pain. The room was very clean. The bathroom was reasonably clean. Quuet hours are 10pm-7 am, however one neighbor wad talking over the phone and laughing loudly at night for about an hour so i could not sleep. In my humble opinion such guests must be fined.”

“Excelente. La habitación era un poco pequeña y calurosa, pero fuera de eso, el hostel es muy lindo, tiene vista al lago taupo, el staff muy amable y servicial y te ayudan a coordinar todas tus actividades para q puedas disfrutar de tus vacaciones al máximo.”
