“Comuniqué al hotel que no podía llegar por el cierre del ferry que tenía que utilizar para llegar al hotel. Me envían una factura con 0 dolares. En cambio me cobran la reserva completa. Entiendo la política de cancelación pero porque recibo una factura de 0 dolares?”

“We stayed at Friends Lake Inn hoping for a relaxing getaway, but this visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room. Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating. The next morning, a staff member admitted they had “forgotten” to leave...

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...
