The kitchen had nice appliances. The hot tub was nice. We had broken glass from a table on the deck. We notified the host and it was cleaned up by 11am the first day. We found dirty drinking glasses in the cupboards that looked like milk in the bottom. Multiple dirty silverware in the drawer. There were sheets and towels in the dryer that had not been folded and put away. There were stiil dirty towels in the upatairs bathroom in the pull out rack to the left of the sink. I washed, dried, folded, and put them away. The railing from parking is rusted off and unsafe. The lights by those steps are nonfunctional and broken. No furnace grate in the center of the living room floor. The door to the deck would not lock from the screened in porch. The upstairs living room tv did not work. The maintenance man said there should be a white remote control He was very helpful. We searched and could not find it. Reviews October 2025 said the same thing. Why was this not addressed in 3 months? I would appreciate an partial refund if possible for the extra work i had to do on my vacation.
