“We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff went out their way to correct any problems and even upgraded to a bigger room. Hotel is clean and smells fresh, easy access in and out the building using the code and room Kay feeling safe. It was only 7 minute walk to Oxford street and to Hyde park with lots of transportation if it was needed. Over all great customer service and lovely hotel and we will be staying again on the near future.”

“This was a great find - we were in a bind and needed to find somewhere affordable to stay in the area. I was a little hesitant about the no-front-desk setup, and we weren't able to arrive until after the tavern was closed, but the staff was responsive via email and checked us in remotely. Rooms were very small, but clean and appeared just as they do on the website. No elevator, and we had a good amount of luggage so it was a bit tough getting suitcases up to the 2nd floor, but worth the...
