“When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). “Staff was very friendly from the check in desk, security, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and request. We would absolutely stay at M Stay Hotel again on our next visit!!!”

“The place was nasty, dirty, bed unmade, bugs in the window sill, pillows soiled. The host finally said she would come in and clean and all she did was mop and put sheets on the bed. No wiping anything down, no emptying the trash, same dirty pillows, etc.The condo was not named Tierra Javier, it was actual called The Founder Plaza Apartments. We were delayed and checking in, the place was hard to find, and the hose claim that she was not prepared to take guests because Expedia did not notify her....
