“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”
“Mr. Davidson was very great host . He goes over and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The house is so spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs is one of the beat attribute of this place. Great food and very nice chefs!!
We will definitely coming back to this and I already telling my friends to use it when they are in Bauang”
“We had a wonderful stay! Great location, clean rooms, and most importantly, friendly staff members who went above and beyond!! All the staff during our stay were very accommodating! Our favorite staff members were definitely Ashley, the bartender by the pool, and the hosts during breakfast! We definitely had a very excellent stay from start to finish. My family is already talking about staying at the same hotel when we go back to the Philippines years from now.”
“This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors.
Please address maintenance issues”
“our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level.”
