“My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. You can book your boat tour to the islands and they will pick you up right on the dock of the hotel. They also offer complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 and pay a small fee for an extra person. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend this place. ”

“The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.”

“They have no AC. i cant sleep without it so i asked for tower fans instead which was free. staff was polite and some of the female personnel were pleasant.. not all of them. the rooms are nice and large, with traditional decor brown furnishings and had a hairblower and a ref. walking around the hotel was nice and has easy access to scout's trail and camp john hay forest, but to visit other baguio tourist spots ud definitely need a rental car/driver like we had. the hotel had a shuttle which we...
