One staff in particular named Patrick night shift would check in with my family every night to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime and give great info on sightseeing”

The quality is not quite to what we(from outside the country) is accustomed to in a hotel foods normally served in international hotels.
They need considerably place at least labels of what the foods are made of considering...

“Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. ”
“Clean room and amenities, friendly staff, land tour was a great experience, the tourist guide is very friendly and helpful. Ocean view is amazing.
