“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

“Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. Then you have to wait for that to finish before you leave. I really do not understand this because they put a hold on your card for "expenses" so why the...
