This place was an amazing house to stay at. From the overall cleanliness of the unit, to a well stocked kitchen, to multiple bedrooms to accommodate everyone, to a lovely outdoor area for sitting/relaxation, to a wide variety of beach accessories, to easy walking distance to the beach and also restaurants along Highway 17 - it was perfect.
Our family stayed here for 5 nights. 4 adults, 2 kids, and had plenty of space for all us of to have our own place to go at night, but had large enough common areas inside and outside to eat and enjoy time together.
The kitchen had everything we needed, from ample plate/bowls/glasses, to pots and pans and utensils. (We only worried about making breakfast as we packed lunch to the beach and had dinner around town every day). The coffee maker will brew a pot, or you it accepts K-Cups, so win win either way!
The outdoor area has a large couch with chairs, a table, and bar area for 6-8 people to comfortably hang out at night or during the day, and enjoy the peaceful setting (you may need to think about bug spray - mosquitoes tended to like us). Even better was the assortment of 'beach' items that were provided for use. We were provided with a wagon, multiple chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and buckets/shovels for the kids. (and hey, missing was a cooler, but purchases one at a local beach store and left it behind - enjoy!).
