We had multiple issues:1. The day we checked in I needed to get our dogs settled so that we could go to the airport and pick up our first guest. I put them out to the backyard to find a giant hole in the yard, previous guests dogs waste and an open gate that they got out. 2. The couch had multiple holes in it and is dirty, the refrigerator had cracked drawers, the walls had dirty handprints all over them and the floors were so dirty that our socks and feet were black by end of first night. 3. The pans were warped and wouldn’t cook the food evenly. 4. The fire pit wouldn’t light and the grill didn’t work properly. 5. The dryer lint trap was full of previous guests lint.6. It was advertised as “thoughtfully appointed” bathrooms, but only two of them (not master) had the soap and shampoo dispensers in them, which were empty. I had this property reserved for 8 guests and there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.7. The light switches were labeled incorrectly and the light in the hallway between kitchen and queen bedroom strobed for 5-7 minutes before it would come on.I have reserved a lot of homes on VRBO and none of them have been as disappointing. If the description and pictures were accurate for this home I would not have reserved it. Host offered “to make things right”, but none of the issues could’ve been fixed while we were there and should’ve been addressed prior to our arrival.
