Situado en 6 acres y rodeado de selva tropical, pero ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y el paseo marítimo de Millbank. Esta casa de campo de dos dormitorios con un diseño arquitectónico único es realmente impresionante. Con un magnífico techo de catedral revestido de madera con ventanas abuhardilladas en la planta superior y techos de tranvía en el nivel inferior. Recién renovado y decorado al más alto nivel con un plan de vida abierto. Las vistas desde todas las ventanas y terrazas harán las delicias de los entusiastas de la naturaleza. Wallabies de pantano, lyrebirds, equidnas y zarigüeyas son visitantes frecuentes. La cabaña es la escapada perfecta para escapar de su apretada agenda y volver a la naturaleza.

Very cosy

A well kept and cosy little cottage with a fireplace and plenty of privacy. Very quiet area in very close proximity to local eateries, attractions and beaches- will definitely be visiting again in the summer!

Love this little cottage

This beautiful cottage is a hidden treasure. It is a place you are able to tuck yourself away and relax, for you, your partner and maybe a couple a friends. I can't wait to come back.

Amazing Narooma

The cottage was perfect for our short break. We loved the secret path to the bay where we spent ages watching the antics of the seals. Everything we needed was provided for. Thank you.

Beautiful home set in gardens provided a relaxing and welcoming place for our 7 day stay. Hosts Corin and David could not have been helpful, doing everything they could to make our time at The Cottage a memorable one.

Lit a cosy fire every night during our winter stay and electric blanket on the beds a bonus too. Lovely views from the bedrooms with 3 aspects to view from. I love my bedroom with balcony and propped up in my cosy bed listening to the local wildlife is joyous. Have booked again for another summer visit. Can’t wait to return and walk,swim, sup,surf, paddle at the many local beaches and marina.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we drove down the drive way the Cottage took our breath away. It is beautiful inside and out, beautifully decorated and the gardens were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean. The log fire was amazing, a lovely way to finish a day out in front of it eating cheese and crackers and some locally bought wine. Two kangaroos even visited us in the morning. Just a heads up, take a small blow heater for the bathroom in winter as it is a bit chilly. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again next time.

It had everything we needed and was so close to Narooma town centre. The beds were comfy and there was lots of space for our family of 4. The property was very clean and the facilities looked well maintained. The key pick up and drop off process was easy and the girls at Whale Coast were lovely to deal with. We can’t wait to stay again, we will definitely be back :)

Quaint, and Romantic

The Cottage is bright, happy, and different. it is conveniently located for access to local attractions including deserted beaches, and local 'craft villages. It is true, as mentioned in other reviews, that the Cottage located quite close to the Princess Highway - a major thoroughfare, but mostly this becomes background noise and it seems to subside as evening approaches - just when you want to enjoy a bit of quiet. The house was clean; we took one star off here because of dead flies on the window sills - we may be being picky. The Cottage presented very well overall and is exactly like the photos on the site. A lovely balcony out the front is perfect for sitting out in the evenings for drinks and a chat, with local wildlife to keep you company: Lyrebirds and Wallabies; essentially the Cottage is a perfect romantic getaway with plenty of local attractions. The staff at Whale Coast Realty were friendly and the book in/book out experience was quick and easy. Two suggestions to improve the experience: 1/. Some better way to dry clothes - especially for those on relatively longer stays - (there is a washer but no dryer; all we could find was an old line under the house strung between 2 support pillars, which had surely passed it's use-by date) and 2/. Remove the 'guests' chore' of having to put the bins out ( this if you happen to occupy into Sunday - bin night). We had to physically lift both bins up the steep drive and place them out on the road. The Cottages' bins are not 'wheely bins'. They are the older style plastic bins with lids. At our age, it nearly finished us off, and was not a great 'departing memory' - solution provide wheely bins for the Cottage. (If you elect not to put the bins out, you will be obliged to pay a $40 rubbish removal fee; this on top of the property cleaning fee which is paid upon booking.)
