    Coco Kai es una lujosa casa de vacaciones privada ubicada en el tranquilo y prístino Northside de Grand Cayman, a cinco minutos de Rum Point y Stingray City. Coco Kai está en la hermosa costa de arena blanca del Mar Caribe.

    Coco Kai es una casa de playa 6BR 6. 5 baños bellamente decoradas. Nuestra villa recientemente renovada tiene una playa privada, piscina y muelle. Amazing turquoise Cayman agua con excelente esnórquel es sólo un tiro de piedra.
    La casa tiene dos salas de estar con 3 dormitorios por escaleras y 3 por escaleras. En 3900 pies cuadrados Cocokai tiene mucho espacio para grupos grandes.

    Coco Kai es familiar completo con una silla alta, pack n juegos y cuna. Una lavadora y secadora también están disponibles para su uso.

Wonderful house for our family reunion. Everyone had their own space. Host was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We loved snorkeling and kayaking right from the beach/dock.

An amazing stay for our family of 15 on the north side of Grand Cayman. The house was in an ideal location on the north side. From the house you could easily get to rum point and starfish point. The house was wonderful and easily fit our family. There was great snorkeling and fishing right off the dock and the pool came in handy for the kids. We did a boat tour, which was recommended by the host, and had a fabulous day. Highly recommend this property!!!

Our stay worked great for our 7 adults and 4 children! 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus 1/2 bath by kitchen and another full bathroom by pool area! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving! We celebrated our 30th anniversary and were thrilled with our accommodations plus pool/beach toys and kayaks! Thanks, Jason!

A really peaceful spot on Grand Cayman—especially the quieter side away from the crowds.Being able to hop over to Seven Mile Beach by ferry is a big plus since that’s one of the island’s most famous stretches of sand. And having quick access to Rum Point means you’re close to water sports, snorkeling, and that laid-back beach vibe without being in a busy tourist hub.\Tukka too—it’s well known for its Caribbean-Australian fusion and oceanfront setting, which fits perfectly with that relaxed, scenic feel.Place is very clean and once the wind died, great place to snorkel right off shore.

You will walk in and look out through those windows and know why I gave a 5 star. Ample space. Good snorkeling and kayaking and not a packed hotel area.

great place for family vacation

Excellent place for extended family gathering. The house is spacious, well equipped, and really had no limitations in how to enjoy a beachside vacation. The manager was super-responsive to requests/questions. We had a great time there!

The home was good, however, its beach area wasn’t good at all. There really wasn’t much of a beach at all and it was very rocky way out into the water with a ton of grass in the water. We just couldn’t really enjoy the beach or ocean area behind the house. The pool is tiny, but we were glad it was there. The house is very far from the airport and main area of Grand Cayman where there are lots of restaurants and shopping, minimum 45 minute drive away. It’s safe where the house is and very quite. We had a large group of 15 and there was plenty of space in the house to accommodate us well. It’s not far to drive to Starfish Beach which is excellent. We did not find much more on that end of the island, 2 restaurants for dinner, 1 breakfast/lunch place very near the house which we enjoyed going to. The just was very great about communicating with us, there were a couple of small issues in the house and they responded quickly to address. I would recommend doing your own grocery shopping, or be aware you can’t rely on delivery to be on time.

Carefree getaway

Our family group of 10 had a wonderful stay in CocoKai! It is one of the few places we would absolutely stay in again. The North Side is quiet and peaceful, while still plenty to do and see. The house and property is lovely.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the stay at Coca Kai. We really liked the location and cleanliness of the house. A vehicle is necessary for getting around. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect property for family

The house was perfect for our family. We had our 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren stay there. We loved the location on the quiet side of the island. There is a sandy beach, which many on the north side do not have. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay

Perfect amount of space for our larger group. The store down the street was great to have, along with the Over the Edge restaurant a short drive up the road. Was able to enjoy the pool, beach, and ocean every day. Would recommend a stay here at CoCo Kai.
