Lee and Tamara were very attentive to our needs and often reached out to us to see if we were comfortable or in need of anything. Their home was very clean and equipped with everything we might need. This was our second stay in their lovely home and we hope to come again in the future.

My wife and I stayed at Kai Baby for 9 nights. Excellent property. Inside, everything you need for the week is here. Space for two is more than enough. Outside, the property is fantastic. So many areas to sit and relax . In the pool, on the chairs, under the gazebo, hammock and the two chairs on the dock. We used the bikes, paddle board and the Kayaks, You have to take them across the road and paddle at night to see the bio bay and the bright blue water that illuminates when you paddle. It’s right there….do it! I wondered about privacy with two homes next to us. Surprisingly, no one was at either residence throughout our stay! One annoying aspect were a 7-10 ducks that would pay us a visit or two every day to drink out of the pool. (And leave their droppings around the pool deck). Chasing them away everyday, they got the message and didn’t come here the last few days. This isn’t controllable by our hosts. I sense the guests previous to us were feeding them and/or encouraging their stay. My message…..don’t encourage them! Tamara and Lee were excellent and very responsive to any communication from us. You’re in good hands a Kai Baby!

The location was great. Close to beaches, food, starfish point, and the caves. We really enjoyed the pool. Communication with Tamera and Lee was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great little house that is well stocked with kitchen utensils and sharp knives, also lots of spices.There are kayaks to use in the back yard channel and/or the bioluminescence bay that is right across the street. It is very close to rum point with has a great beach and some really nice restaurants. But if you want the really blue nice water you should go to 7-mile beach area near Georgetown. But this area is much quieter... is a really lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!! Also, the beds are sooooo comfortable, and the place has good internet and a washer and dryer.

We had a great stay!! Everything was better than expected. The area is wonderful and walkability is great. The pool and dock are lovely! Lee and Tamara are great hosts! If adults are planning on using the bedroom with the bunks I recommend one sleeping in the main bunk and one on the pull out bed on the ground. The mattresses are VERY soft! We will be back!

Truly a beautiful house and location. A short drive from the hustle and bustle of George Town, the house has everything you would need for a relaxing Cayman vacation. Pool is clean and great to cool off from the heat, and the beds are super comfy. Perfect jumping off spot for diving, paddleboarding, or just lazy beach day.

Just the nice quiet stay we needed

Kai Baby had all that we needed on the quiet side of the island. Low traffic, calm waters and everything in the unit was just as expected. Clean, safe, relaxing pool, kayaks, etc.

2 Tickets to Paradise

We had the most wonderful stay. Baby Kai ticked every box and then some! The private pool was an absolute dream, and we loved that two of the island’s most popular attractions, Stingray City and Bioluminescent Bay, were just steps away.The neighbourhood is gorgeous and peaceful, and every person we met was warm and friendly. It reminded us so much of our previous go-to, Sanibel Island - the same sense of safety, serenity, and island charm.The space itself was perfect for the two of us: roomy, beautifully stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. The shower pressure was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable (with the softest sheets!), and there wasn’t a single amenity we found ourselves wishing for.We definitely made good use of our car to explore, but we could have happily stayed put, enjoying the quiet - did I mention the quiet? - which was exactly what we were craving.Lee and Tamara were fantastic hosts, with excellent communication and tons of helpful suggestions. We felt so well cared for from the moment we booked.We’ve already rebooked for next year and are counting down the days!

beautiful house in beautiful neighborhood!! best side of the island and perfect accommodations!

The house is perfect! Absolute best location to enjoy yourself in Grand Cayman! We arrived late at night (flight delayed) and check in was a breeze! Front porch lit up so it was easy to see what we were doing! Clean and comfortable accommodations that had everything you would need. It was very nice that some food and drinks and condiments/spices are left in the house and fridge. The bikes and paddleboards are in excellent condition. The pool is perfect with comfortable chairs and couch. Beds were comfortable too! This house is easy walking distance to Starfish point, Kiabo and Rum Point. It is a lovely neighborhood where many people are out excercising in the morning. Safe from fast traffic. We enjoyed it all and definitely made the right choice on renting this cute, clean, well stocked house!!

Tranquility at its finest!

First let me start off by saying the hosts were absolutely amazing! They communicated everything so well. The house itself is so well decorated and cozy and well stocked. However it's the outside that really shines. The pool area is amazing day and night. The dock by the water was a perfect way to end the evening and do a little stargazing. This is of course after cooking or dining at one of the local restaurants. There are bikes, paddle boards and kayaks available for the more qctive. What an amazing experience overall. Thank you Lee and Tamara!

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Kai Baby. It is located on the North Side, at Rum Point. This area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city area, which we liked. It is a quaint place with everything you need. The new pool addition is great, and an outdoor bathroom was a brilliant idea. We loved getting on the bicycles and going down to the Cafe first thing in the morning and sitting by the beach with our freshly baked chocolate croissants. What a treat! We also used the kayaks twice; once in the channel behind the house, and the second in Bio Bay, both during the day.The house itself is charming inside, big enough for the two of us and had everything we needed. The main bedroom was very comfortable, the AC which we turned off during the day cooled the place down quickly and efficiently. The shower had great pressure, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, knives, pots and pans etc. We cooked almost every night, and used the BBQ conveniently located out the back door. The tv's worked great too. There are 2 larger grocery stores closer to the airport and a family run grocery store closer to the house, but smaller which we also used. Owners were wonderful and we had regular communication with them.We had a relaxing time at Kai Baby and would return to visit in a heart beat. Thanks Lee and Tamara for sharing your home with us! Very Special Island Retreat

My husband and I just returned from a week of staying at Kai Baby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was tidy and comfortable. We used the kayaks and the stand-up paddleboard several times, both in the water behind the house and across the street in the bio bay. Having our own pool was wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took advantage of the nearby Rum Point Beach and Resort, which had awesome snorkeling right off the beach. This was our 5th time visiting the Cayman Islands. We prefer being on the quiet side of the island versus high rises and lots of traffic. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

First of all, thank you Lee for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The space was neat and tidy and met all our needs. We had a small issue with the water heater at the beginning of our stay, but Lee promptly got it fixed. We traveled with our two adult sons, so having the addition of the pool and cabana area was amazing to have. It made for many peaceful nights sitting by the pool. If we have a chance to come back to Rum Point, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lee for helping us make some wonderful family memories!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

This was our 3rd time visiting the island, and 1st staying here at Kai Baby, and it did not disappoint one bit. Located in a great spot, right around the corner from Kaibo, Rum Point, and Starfish beach. Morning coffee, and evening drinks on the dock out back were an everyday occurrence. We took full advantage of the kayaks almost every morning and paddled around in the back canal. Even went all the way around the corner to the ocean outlet. It was a BLAST! We also took the bicycles out a few times., a night time ride under the full moonlight to starfish beach (about 5 min ride) was phenomenal! The home itself had everything we needed. From an airfryer (we got in late and picked up pizza and fries to make), to a bbq grill (we cooked an amazing jerk pork tenderloin, and a great salmon filet, along with baked potatoes!),tv, cable, ac, back patio area with lounge chairs and picnic table, not to mention the fresh coconuts falling from the trees for drinks! We would absolutely stay here again when we visit next. Especially with the pool that's to be installed!!!! Hands down a GREAT chioice for a place away from all the craziness of the island!
