Spectacular place and view

The place was awesome and had such great views. We liked the location as well. It was stocked with needed items. We had three situations that could have been better but were handled well: 1) kayaks were included for the full time however they did not arrive until day 2 so we missed one day with them; 2) the back door did not lock but got fixed the next day; 3) the garbage bins outside were full so we had no where to put our garbage. Loved the place, would stay again.

Wonderful house at a relaxing location.

Spent 6 days at this wonderful house. 1/2 of the days were lazy days relaxing in the pool 1/2 of the days were adventure days. Each morning I used one of the provided kayaks or a rented standup paddle board to explore the area. Kayaked to rum point with the family for lunch one way and to starfish point the other way. each night explored the bay right in the backyard to experience bioluminescence bay. Pool was great for the relaxing days or just to cool off. Was able to do excursions (stingray city, jet skis) from the dock on the house with outside vendors. 10 minute walk to a larger dock to catch the 25 minute ferry to town. House was well equipped for the minimal cooking we did. Property manager visited us on location when we arrived explaining all the ins and outs. If you want a quiet vacation, this is a great spot. If you want to be around a lot of action/restaurants, this may not be the best place for you. Two restaurants were within a 10 minute walk. The east side also has a couple of restaurants 20 - 30 minutes drive away. Nearest large grocery store is 30 minutes away. Overall, it was a perfect place for my family vacation.

Amazing Stay

Perfect, quiet and safe location on Bio Bay. The house was even better in person. Very clean and modern. Our three children, ages 3, 6 and 9, had an amazing time swimming in the pool everyday and there were nice in pool loungers for the adults to relax in the water with a drink. The kayaks were a huge plus, and the bay was calm enough for the older children to take out their own kayaks. Walkable distance to Kaibo or Rum Point for lunch. Also walked to Starfish Point several times. Make sure to take the stingray and snorkel boat tour through Grand Cayman Villas. Captain Warren was great and kept the children well entertained. Overall, the best vacation rental and island location we have ever stayed at! Thanks for an amazing trip. We will be back!

Rum point home away from home

It was beautiful inside and out! The views from the backyard of this home are unbelievable!! Kayaks are mostly broken, but still useable. The living room and kitchen are so comfortable. It feels like home away from home.

Wonder home!!

We had an amazing time everything about the house was top notch!!! We swam at our own private beach as well as a very relaxing pool. The screened in porch was a wonderful thing we could sit out late at night with no bug issues and enjoy the quiet nights. We kayaked at night to see the luminescent bay that was so cool!! Got lots of amazing pictures of our family. Would recommend this home to anyone going to Grand Cayman!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation at S’Kai Fall

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at S’Kai Fall. The villa is modern, bright and airy, and was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. We loved the screened in patio for morning coffee and evening meals. It was amazing to have a private pool and direct beach access. We made use of the kayaks nearly every day, paddling around Bio Bay, and to both Rum Point and Starfish Point. When one kayak seat needed repair, our property manager Penni responded immediately and it was fixed within a day. The staff at Silver Thatch were very friendly and helpful. I had arranged to borrow a handful of items in advance, and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. We also chartered the Silver Thatch boat for a morning snorkel charter, and this was easily the highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this personalized experience. Captain Warren was fun and knowledgeable, and took us out to all the best places before they became crowded with excursions. S’Kai Fall is a great place to stay in Cayman Kai!

Wonderful house!

The house was fabulous and we all enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to note (that isn’t apparent from pics or description)….while it looks like there’s a nice sandy beach at the house, it’s not very sandy. It’s pretty rocky and hard. It looks ok, but you won’t want to spend any time there. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed the screened porch and the pool very much. The bio bay was fantastic and we made great use of the kayaks. It was a great week!

S'Kai Fall is beautiful!

We had such a great time staying at S'Kai Fall, the house was beautiful and immaculately clean. The sunset views are breathtaking and I look forward to our next staycation there!
