Beach views are breathtaking from every room. Lanai was a beautiful spot for meals! This condo offers the best location in the complex, was well stocked, clean, comfortable and the communication with the owners was great. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Marvelous location if you are looking for a peaceful break with a private beach to sit and relax. Absolutely stunning. The condo was perfect, very well maintained, spacious, light and well thought out. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, we made use of the laundry facilities and even found time for the games, puzzles and novels thoughtfully provided. We felt very comfortable here. We especially enjoyed dining in the lanai with the sight, sound and feel of the ocean. You can easily drive to local attractions; there is a small but well stocked grocery store near by and a choice of delightful restaurants. Charlotte and Ben were very helpful providing local information and were very responsive to questions, always replying promptly. We would absolutely consider visiting again. Perfect winter getaway. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beach retreat! The kitchen was fully stocked. The water shoes (and other toys) were super useful and there was even a yoga mat which was perfect for getting out the kinks at the end of the day. Its close to restaurants but very private and tranquil. The ocean views were stunning and Charlotte couldnt have been kinder, allowing us to check in several hours early. We'd highly recommend 'The Nest' for an enjoyable escape at Rum Point!

This condo was just perfect. Everything you can possibly imagine that you’d need was there to use. Including water bottles, cooler, & snorkeling gear. Charlotte was a great host, contacting us regularly to make sure all was ok. I can’t recommend this rental highly enough!

Ultimate Relaxation

Enjoyed sleeping to the peaceful sound of waves, which could be heard even with the windows shut. Apartment looked clean and smelled fresh. The Nest has been very well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated & very, very clean. Central air works really well. View is amazing! Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Quiet location is perfect for us. If we can return to GC, The Nest is where we want to stay.

Spring Break 2025

This property was wonderful to stay at. The quieter location on the north side was perfect for our family. Loved having direct access via stairs to the pool and beach. The host was very responsive and even offered to stock the fridge with a few groceries since we came in on a Sunday (grocery stores are closed) instead of trying to arrange a delivery. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our dinners on the patio surrounded by the ocean. Be sure to bring water shoes since the beach is rocky in areas and along the shore. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return.

Great Location

We had a wonderful visit to the north side. Only a few steps from the ocean and soft sand beach. The beds in the second bedroom were too small for an adult and were both creaky, which meant our third person didn’t sleep as well as he would have liked. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.

Nice Place, but not close to a lot of food or shopping

We enjoyed the VRBO. Place was nice and clean. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, as well as bathrooms. Would probably stay there again. We like quiet areas which this was. Closest restaurants were 10-15 minutes away. We were good with that but others may think it a bit of a drive.

Short but still amazing

Our Trip was cut short due to Hurricane Beryl, and who could have expected that? Even with all the hiccups with the weather, car rentals and our cell phones the Condo was beautifully located, well equipped and our hosts were super responsive with the weather conditions. The views from each of bedrooms and the lanai was gorgeous, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful vacation home base

What a beautiful condo for a beach vacation! It is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. We spent much of our vacation at the condo, sitting on the lanai, making use of the pool, or snorkeling in the ocean. Rum Point beach is a short drive with a bar and restaurant, boat excursions, and a nice gift shop. Charlotte, the owner of the condo, is extremely responsive and sends a great packet of information about the condo and about the island. This condo is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful, private retreat.

The property was beautiful, and the beaches were super private and peaceful. The kitchen was super well stocked and we had access to laundry which made it really easy to pack light! Charlotte was super responsive to us when we had a low battery in the smoke detector, and got maintenance to come right away. Would definitely book this property again.

Perfect vacation!

The property had everything we could have hoped for to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation! Quiet location right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views, sunrise/sunsets and close to starfish point, stingrays and snorkeling opportunities! The house was immaculate and had all of the amenities needed…full kitchen, cleaning/laundry supplies, snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool accessories etc! Charlotte was awesome!

Great Condo and Awesome Hosts

Overall it was great! When we had a couple minor problems but the host was great and had repairs completed promptly. The pool is awesome and you are just a few steps from the beach. I would caution folks on getting into the water especially if it's choppy. There is some good snorkeling just be careful when getting in and out. There are a few great places to eat and things to do near by. The best part of this location is the lack of people, hustle, and bustle found along the 7 Mile Beach area. It's quite and peaceful.
