Sea-esta is an amazing Condo on the quiet side of Grand Caymen Island. It has great beach and pool access, with lots of activities for families including paddle boarding and kayaking. This condo comes with 2 hard paddle oards, 2 kayaks, sand toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear, 2 bikes, among other things.Inside the condo it is very clean and well stocked, with very simple check in and check out procedures. The owner is very responsive, suggesting activities for us and helping problem solve any issues that pop up. It is a ground floor unit allowing you to walk out from the comfy patio for a dip in the pool or ocean.

From booking, through trip, and day leaving Brittany was FANTASTIC. She was proactive, quick to respond, and interested in our trip! The condo was just as described. We had a wonderful stay at Brithney’s place! Everything from booking to check-in, check-out, and all communication was smooth and easy. The owner responded quickly and had the whole house perfectly prepared for us—she truly thought of every detail. I loved that it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and cleaning supplies. The home was spotless and ready for our arrival.We love coming to Rum Point and Kaibo, and now we’ve found the perfect host. The stay was peaceful, with beautiful surroundings, restaurants next door, and Rum Point Beach just around the corner with a great bar and restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Property

Everything was great and communication was excellent. We love the Kaibo/ Rum Point area and the condo is well stocked, beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. We used the stand-up paddle boards and having the pool just steps from the back porch was so nice.The gas grill and water toys are a nice perk. Thank you and looking forward to visiting again soon.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo had everything you could want. Open the door from your lanai and you are in the sand. We wanted a relaxing vacation and we found paradise here. Brittany was a fabulous host. Excellent communication. We will return!

Exactly what we were looking for...

Clean, comfortable, great location, great host, right on the beach, relaxing, safe, lots of extras like kayaks, bikes, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. We would definitely return anytime we can. Perfect for families, relaxation, sand, sea, and snorkeling nearby.

Perfect spot!

Spent 7 days in Kaibo as a family of four. The unit was perfect and spotless. Super comfortable beds, and kitchen was very well stocked with all a huge variety of good quality cookware and utensils. There were also plenty of other kitchen items such as spices and coffee filters. The Weber gas grill and Adirondack chair out back was an added bonus when compared to most other units that only had a charcoal grill. Brittany was super helpful and responsive. The water taxi that departs from the Kaibo dock next door over to Camana Bay was a great perk - no need to drive all the way to Georgetown if you don't want to. Rented snorkel gear (15/day) from Red Sail Sports at Rum Point and snorkeled quite a bit at Rum Point as well. The Rum Point Beach Club is just a mile up the road and is spectacular (no charge for beach access or use of beach lounge chairs).Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay! The place and beach were beautiful and relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need. Access to the paddle boards and kayaks was great! While we had hoped to not have a Hurricane as a part of our vacation, Brittany was a great host checking on us and keeping us up to date with all the latest news and information throughout the storm. Beautiful well appointed condo. Kitchen has everything you need! Excellent location. Pool was great. Definitely recommend having a rental car to explore rest of island. Loved the trip and would stay here again. Only thing I would update is that it’s not 100% wheelchair accessible as there is curb on both ends of ramp to access porch where condo entrance is on ground floor and step up into condo. You can tip the chair but a bit challenging. Luckily my wheelchair user is still ambulatory. Shower is step in in one of the bathrooms so definite plus for mobility challenged guests!

Great Family Spot!

Everything from our booking onward was seamless. Super easy check-in process and extremely good communication with our Host too. She made great recommendations prior to our arrival too which made us all feel even more comfortable with our choice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues at all while at the property. It had a nice pool/hot tub right outside the back door with another 25 yards directly to the waterfront. Would definitely recommended this condo to anyone as it was on the more quiet part of the island and had proximal access to a handful of restaurants, grocery, etc within close proximity. We took our 5 and 8 year old kids with us and they had a blast. Thanks again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

It was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The condo was very clean and was nestled in a quiet area of Rum Point. The host was exceptional and she always responded quickly with any questions we had. If we ever go back we will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I got married in Grand Cayman 10 years ago. We came back to celebrate with both of our immediate families. We enjoy staying on the North side of the island where things are a little less busy and more laid back. This location is absolutely perfect. You have access to a shared pool and semi private beach area which was perfect for our almost 2 year old. The Kaibo beach restaurant/coffee shop is literally right next door which has incredible food/drinks. The condo is also walking distance from Starfish point and a short drive/bike ride away from Rum Point which are both great snorkeling spots. Overall if you are looking for a clean, quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy, this is a great spot to do just that!!
