We liked everything about this place except for the digital locks (which many guests were having trouble with) and a rude (not welcoming) onsite manager.

Gorgeous view and location with steps onto the beach!!! P-town is only a few miles away if your up for a nice dinner out. Easy access/check in. Very clean and kitchen has more than listed: toaster, microwave, oven/cooktop.

Nice sized room right off the beach. Sand lot off back of unit with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and grills. Sufficient supplies in kitchenette. Only issue was getting plates/coffee cups from side cupboard due to location over end of counter. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have drawers included in counter under bathroom sink to house hair dryer, etc. Great location to area attractions. Short drive to Provincetown.

Fabulous! Our oceanfront room was heaven. The room is lovely, clean, well furnished. The beach is wonderful, stargazing is top-notch. The Provincetown shuttle is super easy and convenient; the drivers all friendly and helpful. We'll be back, thank you!

Check in a breeze, information to access the room was sent in plenty of time. On the day we arrived, we received a text that our room would be ready prior to check in which was a nice bonus. Our unit was ground floor, and was very clean including bathroom and kitchen. No complaints with regards to cleanliness. Happy to discover that shower was large, modern and had excellent water pressure. Could use some more silverware (we had only one teaspoon in our unit) and a new toaster. Can't speak for the cookware, brought my own. We didn't use the grills, but I checked inside and they looked brand new. People staying there were quiet even on the beach. On the last day people arrived in the unit above us with a toddler and we could hear the toddler running back and forth. Choose a second floor unit if noise overhead bothers you. Parking is a bit weird...for the first few days we were able to park in our assigned spot with no issues. Then someone else started parking there. So we had to park elsewhere in the lot for the rest of the time we were there. After returning home one night from town (around 8pm) , we got the last open spot. Since there is only room for one car per rental unit (and no one checking that) it's a bit worrisome that you might come home with no place to park. Management easy to reach with issues and they respond quickly. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view!

Loved our view of the beach. Unit was cleaned decently well and portable beach chairs were provided for us! Sliding door was difficult to open and didn't like that the front door automatically locks when you closed it, if you close it from the inside for the night you just had to trust that it locked. Other than that we had a lovely time.

Wonderful

This was a great property. Although the lock codes didn't work when we first got there a quick call got us into another lock box that had the key. The property manager Rob I think his name was was great. He really cares about the property and is looking too update the locks and other things soon. They've added two grills outside for guests to use which is a great plus! Will definitely be back again.

Almost Paradise

This location is really wonderfully located right on a private beach. We loved stepping out onto sand and loved the outdoor shower (Cold water only). We had perfect weather. We loved having our dog with us and some nice people staying in nearby rooms. We had some problems with the lock during the stay and needed to text and change the pass code. We loved the close proximity to Provincetown. I would have loved a nearby walking path. I felt a little confined. I would have been in paradise if there wasnt and enormous amount of seaweed on the beach. There was someone cleaning the day we arrived and we never saw that person after that one day. All he did was make a gigantic pile of seaweed to one side of the beach. One of our neighbors called texted to find out if we could get more propane and we didn't hear back - we finally found more ourselves hidden on one side of the property. We paid a lot of money to stay here so expectations are pretty high for customer service and the beach being very clean. It fell a bit short of paradise.

Best Cape stay by far!!!

We have been coming to the Cape and the P’town area for years now and we finally found our forever place to stay. Todd was helpful and friendly and welcoming. The room was so clean and location is perfect!!! We loved the beach and all the chairs and firepit! Can’t wait to return. It’s a perfect place!!!

Unexpected pleasure

A list minute decision to search for a place for four adults and our lil pup Luke near Provincetown and we found this gem of a place. It was perfect , clean, great corner unit , on the ocean and just perfect. Def must stay again.
