If you want to be close to beaches and near Ptown, this is a great location. It’s a bit far from other locations, such as Chatham or Harwitch. Although fairly small it was more than adequate for our family including two college students . Great view of the sunsets. There is a road that’s between you and the view, but at night you can’t see it . The outdoor table and chairs were great to eat breakfast while looking at the water. The outside couch was a bit tattered and was in need of new cushions . Overall it was a nice place, with comfortable beds and good shower. The staff was very responsive with requests via VRBO.

My phone wasnt working so it would have been helpful to have an email to contact. We had a pleasant stay. Suggestions: Some reading lamps in the livingroom and bedroom, a shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo, some mixing bowls and a frying pan in the kitchen.

Nice cottage, very clean and had everything we needed. Bed comfortable, beautiful views and convenient to other locations. Very quiet area and nice access to bay side beach.

Wonderful week spent here with family. Loved how the teens could walk to the beach solo and we all walked to Top Mast restaurant for iced coffee and dinner. Lovely time.

Perfect views, dated appliances

Sunsets were magnificent, and the views of the bay were gorgeous. But the dishwasher and refrigerator were old and very, very noisy.

On the Bay

A great view of the bay and sunset. Lovely deck. For the price, the fixtures are a bit dated. However, we had a very enjoyable time.

Excellent place to just relax

Great location to relax. We could walk to a nice breakfast place, or take a short drive to Wellfleet which we love. We'd highly recommend Captain's Choice restaurant in Truro - a new spot for us which did not disappoint at all!!

Cozy cottage overlooking the bluff in Truro

Great cozy cottage overlooking ocean in Truro a short 9 minute drive to PTown. Very clean and comfortable. Bed linens were super soft in current styles. Open and airy with lots of light with sliding doors out to great deck. We will be back!

When I called about bushes blocking our ocean view from our deck some one was out there in a day to

Experience was awesome, quiet property respectful renters. Delmar was there when I had any questions and got back to me in a fashionable time. Cottage was super cln and had just about everything we needed. Cottage was huge compared to others we had rented before. Beds were comfortable living rm and kitchen were big. Hopefully we can rent it again for next.

Great house near beach and Ptown

The three of us loved our stay here. Cute little getaway just a stone's throw from beach. The place had great natural light. We drove into Provincetown every day for meals and shopping. Fun trip!

Near the beach

As advertised, the property was clean, in close proximity to the beach with water views from the deck, kitchen and living room. Check out at 9:00 a.m. during pre-season seemed slightly ridiculous. I would let potential renters know that they would bring an Amazon Stick or Roku with them if watching a movie over local programming is preferable.

Great stay at a great place

This cottage has everything you need for a short or even long stay. It has a great view of the ocean. It was clean and spacious and all ptown attractions are within a short drive from the cottage. The property managers and owner were quick to address our questions and provide whT we needed. Highly recommended.
