“When I arrived at night I was told that my payment had been rejected (even though I hadn't received any notice of this) and that if I wanted a room I would have to pay $353 (the room rate quoted was 126€) in cash or with another card. Since I didn't want to be extorted I left and had to find another hotel in rural PA to spend the night. As a woman travelling alone this was not a pleasant experience and I believe hotels.com should remove this property from their listings for this unethical...

“Le personne est gentil et courtois. La chambre était très propre et bien insonorisée. La charme de cet hôtel est extraordinaire. Le petit-déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de variété. Le seul point négatif est que l'hôtel est loin, nous devons prendre l'auto pour aller au resto ou aller marcher en ville.”

“Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.”

And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves.”
