“Room was clean when I arrived. Overall bathroom and shower were spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials. Breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast would be. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again.”

“I would like to say that the facilities are very deteriorated, the breakfast is not that I expect a buffet, but I expected a little more, also when I booked I did it for two people and rented a room with sofa bed and the sofa bed is very deteriorated, the mattress is dirty and without the covers to sleep on it, the ice machine was not working, in short I think if I have to travel again in Syracuse NY I would not stay here again. ”

“In general it was good but the carpet was wet all over the room; probably they had just washed it and it wasn't dry yet (it was clean nonetheless)”

“They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”
