“This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.”

“This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.”

“A cozy pet and family-friendly property. Very spacious.”

“Well equipped kitchen, bright and airy rooms, very clean and very comfortable !”

“House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos”

“Great location”

“La Caistas Retreat was a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and cozy. We visited with 2 of my adult children and their significant others and had plenty of room. The host, Sujata, was very informative amd checked in daily. The check-in and out were very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New Haven!!!!”

“This is a great location, walking distance to the green and other sites. It also worked well for our girls trip of 4 women.”

“Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!”

“The property was nice inside as the pictured showed. The stairs are steep. A few things need updates like the sliding glass doors to the pool and mud room. The pool is great, large, and clean. The backyard area beyond the pool is not well maintained with lots of weeds and critters back there. The property is immediately next door to a small airport, so it is noisy when planes are and coming and going. There is not too much to do in the area. The Atlantic ocean beach was a bit of a drive...

“Ok so generally I do not leave comments, but this one deserves it. The Host was absolutely amazing. She communicated quickly and made check in very easy. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking purposes. We did an event for my MIL 70th birthday and it was spacious. The centerpiece on the table helps give it an elegant touch. I loved that each room had its own code for privacy and bathrooms on each floor. The basement apartment was nice and I loved that it...

“Wonderful property and host!! Impeccably clean house and Chad was incredibly responsive and helpful!”

“Nice place in Orange. Close to everything you could need. Older building, plenty of parking, quiet. Make sure you message host immediately if ANYTHING goes amiss (WiFi, any damage, etc).”

“Gilbert is an amazing host! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Middletown.”

“I had an emergency and was only able to stay one night, but enjoyed my stay ”
