“Only stayed one night so didn’t use all the spa facilities which looked nice. Our room was a very long walk from the reception, this was difficult to manage with my son who is autistic and has disabilities. If I stayed again I would specify that we needed to be nearer reception. Room was ok, but small fridge in room was very noisy and had to turn it off (it was unplugged when we entered room) and the air con unit in the corner of room also made a lot of noise as the evening went on and my son...

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast. Other than the the property itself was clean and relaxing.”

“Lots of pre check in information provided and check in was easy. The outside space was lovely, hot tub was big and well maintained but felt very overlooked. Caravans are extremely close together so absolutely no privacy. Fishing peg was overgrown and full of weeds. Definitely not 'luxury' as advertised and I expected better to be honest.
