Muy buen hotel No desayuno
Me gusto mucho el hotel. Comodo. Limpio. Moderno. Hubiera preferido que nos den desayuno aunque sea en un pack como en otros hoteles. Tuve que pedir cafe a la camarera porque nadie renovo al entregar el cuarto. Muy bien la desinfeccion y precintado de los cuartos. En pandemia no asean los cuartos solo al checkout

Agradecemos sus comentarios. Pedimos disculpas por las molestias de no mantener las habitaciones mientras están ocupadas, pero es por la seguridad de todos. Y aunque nuestro restaurante está cerrado debido a la pandemia, lamentablemente no podemos proporcionar comida. Esperamos que una vez que las cosas vuelvan a la normalidad, se quede con nosotros nuevamente y tenga la oportunidad de experimentar todas nuestras amnistías. Nuevamente, gracias por sus comentarios.

We are a 100% smoke-free property and have rooms that are designated non-smoking, but, unfortunately, not all of our guests abide by our rule, and occasionally, as seems to have happened on this occasion, a guest will smoke in a non-smoking room. While we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy on hotel premises and have cracked down on those smoking inside the hotel in the past, it is a very tough battle. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and rest assured that we will address this with our housekeeping team and see to it that our staff does a better job of preparing/airing out the rooms moving forward. We have also noted your comment about the furniture, and we value your suggestion for improvement as it allows us the opportunity to enhance future guest satisfaction. For future reference, if there is ever an issue with your room at check-in, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk, who will be happy to move you to another room, if available, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Long standing issue, Rooms are NOT checked cleaned daily. Beds not made, garbage not removed and bathroom towels not replaced. The new installation of shampoo, body wash and conditioner dispensers present an injury risk to guests slipping when stepping out of the shower. Also no means to ensure no one has tampered them.
