This Art-Deco theme apartment will make you fell cozy in every way. Come join us and relax in our famous indoor hammock with the nicest view to our lovely patio If you have to work there is also space for your with Wifi. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. Come stay with us!
    This is a second floor accommodations within three bedrooms, A spacious master bedroom, second bedroom has a full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. This is a Victorian house unit located in a second floor, the stairs has a handrail. Elderly and infants are not recommended.

Apartment was very clean and easy to access. Host had great communication and the location was perfect for me and my family. Would book again. Highly recommended!

The house was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and as promised. The only nit would be the stairwell is narrow making it difficult for her large suitcases upstairs. Oh, the stairway light did not work. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO.

We stayed the weekend visiting family and also visited Cooperstown which is about an easy hour drive. The Art Deco Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home decorate to define its name. Spacious 3 bedroom, corner lot with a great back yard that includes 2 parking spots on an asphalted portion of the yard. There are porches to each unit. We stayed in apt 2 which was more than amenable for a family of 4 with an active toddler and a fur baby. We advise bringing your own play pen or pack & play to ensure your little one’s safety as we brought ours. The guidelines and house rules were extremely helpful, and the owner/host was a pleasure to deal with and communicate with. The Art Deco Victorian is within a short distance to many Norwich favorite such as the fairgrounds, Magro’s Pizza, Nina’s, Byrne Dairy, grocery & retail shopping and a diner just passed the railroad tracks. I highly recommend booking this property. We would stay again

Property was not as advertised. Mid renovation unsafe walkways and stairs. Did not stay here, my family and I had to find a hotel the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving.

The place was not clean nor a representation of the photos. There was dirty silverware in the drawer. The linens were stained. The queen bed was broken. The carpets are stained. There were centipedes on the ceiling. There is no door at the top of the stairs so when you walk in your view is the bathroom. None of the bedroom doors shut. It was just a mess. The walls need paint and repairs. The address we were given was wrong. So we looked pretty ridiculous walking around the wrong property trying to figure things out. There was no garden to pick vegetables from. Just overall not great. It was uncomfortablly hot.
