  • Waterside property ideally located for those wanting to be out the way but only 2 minute walk from the heart of the village. Upside down configuration to make the best of the balconies and water side view. Bedrooms that sleep 5 on the ground floor and large and airy open plan first floor loft style living area with large lounge, dining area and kitchen plus two balconies at each end of the house. Wifi available.

Very relaxing, enjoyable stay

Beautiful holiday home in gorgeous surroundings. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed for a pwrfect week away. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the evening and watching the world go by.

Water and wildlife heaven

Spacious, with good upside down living, that maximises views from windows and the two balconies. Easy walk to village store and excellent seafood restaurant, and good pub food.

We have stayed at this property many times now and it never disappoints us. It is in a geat position with fabulous views over the River Bure and Horning Sailing Club. We will be returning next year.

Another excellent stay

Lovely break in wonderful accommodation which fulfilled all of our needs. We came back after last year’s stay and everything was just as good. Hopefully we will return next year for another stay.
