Located right near the main Guiones beach entrance Las Brisas De Nosara is a unique 2-house (plus A huge central Rancho) compound on one of the largest lots in the best location of Guiones Beach.



This beach house is a 4 min walk to Guinoes Beach (with/ surfboard in hand) & is so close to the beach you can hear the surf at night. Rancho loft ideal for yoga,note we do not supply yoga mats. The Space:

It is rare in Playa Guiones to find a compound so close to the beach that can house so many people in a spacious, tranquil environment.



Walk out the gate and walk a few steps to the beach, to Beach Dog Cafe, to Harbor Reef, and to the Harmony Hotel. Nearly everything is walking distance from this ideally located property - one of the largest private properties in Nosara and Guiones.



Lush gardens throughout create a sense of tropical elegance and this is one of the only houses in Nosara that maintains such extensive landscaping. Walk through pathways to get between houses and the communal rancho and experience the tropical environment of Costa Rica from the comfort of your own beach compound.



There is a spacious two-story rancho with a communal living room and dining room for entertaining and congregating. The rancho also features a large yoga loft upstairs, suitable for retreats and private sessions, as well as a full kitchen. There is a kitchen space in the main house which can be used for catering or food storage. The compound features multiple private spaces with seating for retreating to or just relaxing.



We include housekeeping services and can offer suggestions to all local restaurants and attractions.

The Neighborhood:

Las Brisas de Nosara is located right in the most exclusive area of Guiones Beach, the J Section. This section is right near the entrance to Guiones Beach and is walking distance from restaurants, shopping, yoga, massages, and more. Our house is just down the road from Surf Simply and the Beach Dog Cafe yet is quiet and maintains and exclusive, private feel.



Getting Around:

It is possible to walk nearly everywhere from the house, but we recommend a rental car or ATV so that you can visit other beaches, restaurants that are further afield, waterfalls, and other attractions.



It is also possible to call Tuk-Tuk's , which are essentially the taxi's of Nosara and Guiones and are a good way to get around town.



Other Things to Note:

Guiones beach has a lot of new houses being built that are trying to squeeze a large house onto a small lot, loosing outdoor space, pool space, patios, and and living areas. We think the tropical environment makes Nosara special and as such we go to the expense of maintaining lush gardens throughout this oversized property, making it feel like a secrete jungle retreat, yet right in the middle of everything Nosara has to offer.



Unlike other properties, Las Brisas has its own staff of 3 (two housekeepers and a gardener), rather than a third party cleaning service, ensuring that the house is always cleaned and maintained, even if no guests are staying there. This also improves security as local's know and care about Las Brisas and its ties to the community.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a rental property so interactions happen with the property management company, who will assist with check ins, transfers, reservations, and recommendations.
