A Home to Relax and Unwind

Each bedroom has its own smart TV with Netflix, so everyone can wind down in their own space of an evening. The large downstairs living and dining area includes a double sofa bed, with leather chairs and a coffee table where the group can gather. The cream kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with an electric hob and oven, microwave and a washing machine for longer stays.

• Living and dining area (downstairs): Double sofa bed, plus leather chairs and a coffee table that serve as the shared seating area. Garden doors let in the light.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, smart TV, work desk and wardrobe storage.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed, smart TV, desk and dressing area.

• Bathroom: Bath with overhead electric shower, plus a lit vanity mirror.

You will be right in the heart of Nottingham, with the city`s cave-riddled history and cultural landmarks on the doorstep. Most of your stay can be done on foot, with trams and buses close by for trips further out.

Good to Know Before You Book

The layout works differently to most houses. The large downstairs area is now a living and dining space with a double sofa bed providing additional sleeping space. Both bedrooms are up a carpeted staircase, so a few flights are involved during the stay. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead electric shower rather than a walk-in shower. Check-in is self-service using the lockbox by the front door, so you can arrive whenever suits you; full instructions are sent on the morning of arrival. One off-street parking space is available, with free street parking nearby for any additional cars, though neither is guaranteed.

Extra charges

Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged, subject to availability. Just ask after booking and it will be looked into.

Booking policy

Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
