The apartment was in just the right place for us to visit friends. This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment. We think the apartment is great. The position suits us and it is so comfortable and clean with very modern facilities.

Quiet location and yet near the M1.

Very near the motorway and yet a very quiet location. It is also near the A38 road to those who travel to Derby or to the West Midlands area. The staff are very communicative and prior to my arrival, have sent me instructions on how to get in. Inside the accommodation, there is an information folder providing the necessary information of what's around the location, the necessary telephone numbers in case of emergencies, and even information about the staff (including a very lovable looking dog called Watson! Shame I didn't get to meet him!). The apartment is also well provided with tea, coffee, and sugar (or you could also request in advance for some artificial sweeteners) as well as bread, butter, eggs, and milk. For those who are too lazy to go out and do their food shopping, the freezer is stocked with some ready meals that you can pay through the honesty box provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I'd definitely come here again should I need accommodation around this area.

Visiting friends

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The apartment suited us fine as we were visiting friends in the area, but the local area was a bit rundown. The use of a car was needed to find a decent place to eat. We would go back there again on a future visit. It is situated in a very good walking area.
