“The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected.”

“Room spotless, the best staff i could ask for was all so lovely, bed was so comfortable i didnt want to leave. And breakfast was so worth it and really nothing was a problem when asked to make somwthing different for my daughter and had so much for allergies etc. ”
