Property was very clean and the facilities were excellent although pool can become very busy at weekends.
Room was very clean although the plug sockets failed to charge my phone. I believe this was part of a new build upgrade but clearly the electrics have not been completed correctly and hardly work.
The biggest issue with this hotel is the signage. It is a complete misleading mess. A rectangular building should not be difficult to navigate but this particular hotel fails at every hurdle. A lift that goes down to actually suggest you are on a higher floor?? I have seen many things in my time abroad but in the UK? hard to believe!!
On asking other guests about this they all concurred with the above opinion including multiple staff members who I have no intention of naming.
Aside from the signage, the staff were amazing and could not do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough for their constant directions to and from my room.

I actually would return to the hotel but please sort the misleading inaccurate signage out prior.
