Firstly the positives. The view from the balcony was incredible. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with table and chairs, full kitchen and lounge suite. The pool area is nice.
This establishment could be much higher than a 3 star if they had an overhaul and offered more service. It is very tired and run down. In one room our shower was broken and dirty. They moved us to another room and in this room one of the bedroom lights didn't work, the toilet seat needs repair and the bathroom has previously flooded as the door was warped and swollen. They need to get the whole place serviced and all issues fixed. There is no housekeeping offered unless you stay for more than 7 days, which was disappointing. We had 2 thredbare towels for an entire week. We had to request toilet paper. We did enjoy our stay but were disappointed with the lack of service. It is the small things that make all the difference.
