“Very cute and clean environment”

“The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.”

“You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing...

“House was short drive to Sonoma wineries and restaurants. Pool area and hot tub were fun for lounging and enjoying the weather. House was comfortable and supported work from home.”

It also needs to have a bit better ventilation in the kitchen. we were cooking breakfast one morning with Sausage and bacon and the smoke detector constantly went off despite using the hood vent and doors open”

“This property is absolutely amazing! Tucked away in a private area, this home truly feels like a spa retreat (which is exactly what I was hoping for). Perfect for a group - we had 7 girls staying here. Kim thought of all the little things (make-up mirrors in the bathrooms, q-tips, removal rounds, amenities in the showers, etc). And when I couldn't find something, she was easily reached and responsive. We are already planning another trip to stay here again!”

“Fantastic property! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked, spotless. Loved the little courtyard area in the front of the property - perfect for wine and charcuterie and hanging out. Parking was readily available on the street in front. Only a few blocks to town but it was very quiet too. Jane was a great communicator as well. Highly recommend!!”

One of our 3 adult children had to work several days over Christmas week at a nearby medical center and the house was close enough that she could join us when not working.
