Private: property 6'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (80 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.7 km, pebble beach 1 km, shingle beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km, concrete beach 1 km. Altalune er en fantastisk feriebolig. ejer udleverer selv nøgle og giver en varm velkomst. Meget hjælpsom ejer, som sætter stor pris på at gæsterne har det godt. Ejer giver gode tip til havd man kan tage ud og se i området. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted, hvis man ønsker fred og ro samt have sin egen pool. vi rejste med 2 store teenagebørn, som nød det at have egen pool. Novigrad er en mindre og meget hyggelig by.

Sehr Modernes Haus mit sehr freundlichem Gastgeber

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und durch das moderne Haus geführt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Als der Gastank für den Grill leer war wurde dieser sofort ausgewechselt. Wir durften uns auch an den Cherry-Tomaten und Trauben die um das Haus verteilt standen bedienen. Gerne wieder, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche!

Dear D., What a warm welcome from your mother and sister who did a great job at explaining everything around the house. Thank you so much for your hospitality, the beautiful clean house, and the amazing garden, where we enjoyed the vegetables we could go out and handpick. Perfektes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien mit unseren vier, teilweise jugendlichen, Kindern war auch dank des wunderschönen Hauses ein absoluter Volltreffer. Alles war top: die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung und der Zustand des schönen, neuen Hauses, die einmalige Lage in absoluter Ruher und doch fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hafen, Strand und Städtchen Novigrad, der Pool, der jeden Tag gerne genutzt wurde, die Nähe zu anderen schönen Zielen in der Umgebung in Istrien und nicht zuletzt die herzliche Vermieterin samt Familie, die uns immer wieder mit netten Spezialitäten aus der Region überrascht hat. Absolute Empfehlung für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!!! Wir sagen auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Doris!

Chic, aber manches unpraktisch

Sehr stylisches Haus in wunderschöner und ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem Stadt- und Strandnah. Alles super sauber und sehr nette Vermieterin. Nachteil: Pool ist nicht beheizbar und daher war dieser sehr frisch. Außerdem sind die Bodenfließen um den Pool zwar hübsch, aber unpraktisch, da sie bei Nässe extrem glatt werden und man, um zur Terrasse zu kommen, dort immer drüber muss... nur 160cm breit - etwas eng.

Amazing (new!) holiday home!

Beautiful house, top location, great pool! 100% privacy and quiet surroundings but also not far from the centre of town. This is the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. We felt very welcome thanks to the host who was there for us when we needed anything. We highly recommend this house!

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen lang einen Supertollen Urlaub in diesem schönen neugebauten und so liebevoll gestalteten Haus verbracht. Es liegt ruhig und ist rundum von Olivenbäumen umgeben. Ein toller Pool und Terrasse mit Außenbereich runden alles noch mal Perfekt ab. Alles war super sauber. Die Gastgeber sind herzliche und liebe Menschen. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es hat mehr als 4 Sterne verdient!

Luxeriöses Appartement. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage gut - ca 1,3 km bis ins Zentrum und Meer. Wir hatten eine hervorragende Urlaubswoche.
