Ground floor: Kitchen 20 sqm, not heatable and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Living room 25 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
2nd floor: Bedroom 19 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 14 sqm, not heatable and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 14 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.


Location
Novo Mesto, 428 m ASL. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via antenna.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Regional health guidelines are observed.
