“Though we only stayed one night and were at a family event for the majority of our visit to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this guest house and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the space and beautiful property. The guest house is fully stocked with everything you would need and if you enjoy the outdoors it is right down the road from some beautiful trails. It’s a gem of a spot and my family would definitely stay again. ”

“We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.”

“ Our family was here for our son and now daughter in laws wedding. We loved the house - perfect location close to the wedding venue , other family homes, and restaurants . Gilbert is the consummate host , polite , great communication , every amenity you could think of provided , balloons and congrats signs, and so clean. The topper were the cotton tail rabbits and woodchuck in the backyard ! Thank you Gilbert for a fantastic stay.”

“Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated.
