“We wish we could live at Rita’s retreat all the time! Our room was nice and cozy. The backyard is so spacious and peaceful all the way down to the water. The indoor saltwater pool was icing on the cake! Mike was very accommodating, helpful and fun to talk to— I recommend Rita’s Retreat!”

“Wir hatten fantastische Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen Cottage. Die Kommunikation mit Claire hat von Anfang an sehr gut funktioniert. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und unsere Kinder mochten den großen Kühlschrank. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das Kommen und gehen der Touristenströme zu sehen, war besser als TV!Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und würden hier definitiv wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank, Claire !”

The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. “Amazing location and setting for a quiet time on the Eastern Shore area (as show in listing photos). The main attraction for us was the private peninsula setting and classic cottage design with great views. Location is best for enjoying the cottage rather than taking sightseeing outings or dining (we did both but the drive times are longer). Would recommend to friends!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the apple orchard cottage. The house was spacious and had lots of character. Natasha was quick to respond to any questions I had. Only comment as others have mentioned was that we did find it hot upstairs while sleeping. Thankfully Natasha has a big standing fan in each room which helped somewhat. The location was fantastic being just a short drive into Lunenburg and other south shore locations including the Lahave ferry to enjoy the shops and bakery there. We also enjoyed...

"El personal de recepción no es cordial, al llegar te dicen que solo te ofrecen aseo de la habitación cada tercer día, los muebles son viejos y no les dan mantenimiento, está alfombrado y no se percibe mucha limpieza, te cobran alrededor de $2,500 pesos mexicanos como seguro por cualquier desperfecto y dicen te lo reembolsan de 5 a 7 días ( aún no lo tengo)..su gimnasio es muy pequeño y la alberca está llena de gente y no se percibe adecuada limpieza. lo único por lo que lo recomiendo es por la ubicación "
