“Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!”

“The property was charming and in a great location. The neighbors has a bunch of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lily and Szymon answer messages almost immediately and were helpful with my questions about public transport etc. however, my favorite part about this property is the skyline view of NY, absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. “This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Paul was great to work with. He answered my emails/ texts immediately. He sent me a list of things to do and restaurants nearby!
