“Beautiful views of the lake, the house in set up nicely. Parking is bloody tricky with a bigger vehicle but the place is good. Everything isn’t too far to Uber or walk, nice pub down the road Good Jolly Fellow.”

“The location is perfect. It is a short, picturesque drive from Dunedin's CBD, giving you easy access to the rest of the peninsular. The house is nestled amongst trees on a very large section, which adds to feeling that you have escaped the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The layout of the house is quirky and fun. The lounge is super comfortable and contains an extensive library of interesting books. I wish I had booked for longer.”

“Everything was layed out for us. Very good spot for friends and family. Cozy fire and well supplied wood. Kitchen very well equipped with oil and dishwashing liquid. Everything to clean is there.”

“Perfect location for us coming from Te Awamutu for a quick one nighter at the beach. Stayed on matariki and how winderful because the stars were very visable. As a dog friendly property we took our small doggo and he went nuts on the beach. We enjoyed it so much, thank you and we want to make a regular thing of it. ”

“The Bach is as promised, close to an absolutely gorgeous beach, accessed directly from a small greenway. It’s a cute little older house but quite well maintained and very cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed and more was available for our use. Even in slightly wet weather we didn’t regret this stay one bit, and could have stayed longer very happily.The local market and basic needs are just a short drive or a fifteen minute walk away.Carrie and John were responsive to all of our questions...
