    Description: semi-independent solution on two levels in a two-family house.

    Ground floor: large living room with double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher – double bedroom – bathroom with shower cubicle – delightful terrace equipped with umbrella, table and chairs.

    First floor (attic): bedroom with two single beds (one of which is extractable) – second bathroom with shower.

    There is also a basement with independent access for laundry use, with sink, washing machine and ironing board.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning

    - the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
