“Impecable la habitación, el personal atento”

“This place is very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Very helpful. Anything you ask you get it if I ever go back I will stay there for sure. Very clean and they change the bed sheet and give you fresh towel every day and 2 bottle of water as well very generous. Also, they arranged a tour for us to Cao bang water fall.”

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.”
