Hernan and Tanya have done an outstanding job as new owners - they are attentive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. “The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. ”

“The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! ”

“Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay due to an aggressive and abusive resident. After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. A member of our party stepped in to assist the two female staff and to protect the young children in our group who were clearly...

“Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!”
