“Ehrlich gesagt hat es schon schlecht angefangen. Total unorganisiert. Vor Ort wird mehr Geld verlangt als ausgeschrieben. Der Service von Bellvilla ist eine Katastrophe. Ich war über 20 Minuten lang am Telefon, um dann am Ende zu erfahren, dass ich ne Mail schreiben soll. Lächerlich! Wenn man reißt, sollte man dem Reiseanbieter vertrauen können.”

Extra gehuurde kinderbedje bleek nergens in de woning geplaatst te kunnen worden. Noodgedwongen in badkamer moeten plaatsen. Bij gebruikmaking van een kinderbedje adviseer ik verder te zoeken. Inventaris niet geheel compleet. Koekenpan ontbreekt, kurkentrekker ontbreekt, fruitschilmesje ontbreekt...”
