“El apartamento está muy limpio y bien organizado aunque si se quiere cocinar, los utensilios de cocina y la vajilla son algo escasos y no cuenta con extractor para la salida de humos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso pero no cuenta con ningún tipo de servicio alrededor.”

“The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. “Informationen zur Anreise bzw. zum Check-in kamen bis zum Tag vor der Anreise keine. Erst auf Nachfrage kam ein E-Mail mit diesen Infos. Licht außen vor der Wohnungstür leuchtete nicht, und das an einer Treppe. Licht im Eingangsbereich fehlte, nur Drähte aus der Wand. Keine Nachttischlampe, daher in der Dunkelheit Durchqueren des gesamten Zimmers nötig. Keine Jalousie bzw. Vorhang an den Tiefparterre-Fenstern; wenn draußen ein Auto ein- oder ausparkte war es im Zimmer taghell. Keinerlei...

“We had a very nice stay there. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and you have everything you need. It is situated close to Ubahn station, so it is easy to get surround Nuremberg ”

“Das Studio ist recht groß und bot ausreichend Schlafplatz für 7-9 Personen. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber und die Betten waren vorbereitet. Größeres Manko war für uns die fehlende Spüle. Geschirr muss im Badezimmer gereinigt werden, was etwas umständlich war, zumal es nur ein Bad für alle gibt.Für unsere Zwecke (Kurztrip mit Freunden) war es sehr gut geeignet. ”

We walked everywhere from the unit - 8 minutes to the train museum, 10 to Frauentor, 25 to the Imperial Castle, 10 minutes from the train station.Sven was very responsive to any inquiries we had even though he was on holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to any Nuremberg traveller.”
