No es un hotel de 4*

Hotel de 3* real, personal amable pero el hotel está en malas condiciones, menos mal que alquilamos un coche. Mejor no ir, hay una amplia oferta mucho mejor en la isla.

Best staff ever

Stayed at this resort four times but unfortunately it closes for renovations at the end of February. I only went there in January to say goodbye to the staff and some friends we have made over the years. it was sad to see the staff who had no idea what they were going to do after February. The hotel is in need of an uplift as it looking quite shabby these days. It is my belief that the owner cares very little about her staff, some of them have been there for over twenty years. Who knows what it will be like when it reopens next year but I doubt it will be the same without the same staff who have served the hotel very well.

改装後はどうなるの？

全面改装を控えているからか、トイレ、洗面台の水漏れ、バスタブのひび割れ、ベランダとの扉の隙間からの虫の侵入等、ハード面ではとても快適とは言えませんが、サービスはとても良く、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

楽しい正月を過ごせました

要望していた、コネクティングルームでの家族全員が一緒に快適に過ごせてよっかった。ホテルに隣接した海岸での海水浴も引き潮時の午前中の遠浅の海は波静か、かつ透明でプールと合わせて毎日楽しく過ごせた。ただ上げ潮の午後は波もあり、海水も濁り様子は一変するので要注意。

・同時に３ルーム予約、半年前には確定していました。並びの部屋ではなく、１部屋は別の階に修正されていました。キーの入れた封筒には修正液で訂正の跡がありました。レセプションで、並びの部屋にしてほしいと申し入れて、一つおきの部屋に替えてもらいました。 ・３部屋とも同じランクなので、ルーム設備を比較。共通して言えるのは、「バルコニーへの出入り口の建てつけ」「風呂の水回り」に難があること。他はルームごとにちょっとずつ違いました。まあ、こういった難もバリでは普通かも。シャワーを上手に使う工夫や、バスタブ周りにタオルをおくなどをすれば、水浸しにはならなくてすみました。 ・オールインクルーシブではなく、朝食のみついたプランで４泊でしたが、外出が多ければそれで十分だと思います。近隣においしいレストランはいくらでもあるので、わざわざホテルで高い食事をする必要はないかも。朝食は他のコメントにあるように品数は少ないので期待していくとがっかりかも。でも、高級ホテルではないので、普通でしょう。 ・私の利用した部屋は、これまで経験のない設備の悪さでした。「トイレファンが回らない」「テレビリモコンが効かない」「テレビ受信電波状況が悪い（テレビの後ろの状況を見たら、コンセント板が壁から外れていて、簡単に修理できる状況ではない）」「部屋のブレーカーが落ちた（エアコン、冷蔵庫、パソコンをつけた状態で、ポットのプラグを差し込んだら部屋中真っ暗に）」「テーブルの上のライトを消すと、テーブルの下にあったコンセントが使えなくなる」 ・他の部屋では、真夜中（2時過ぎ）に、夜中到着のゲストがキーを差し込み、入れないと戸を叩き、レセプションで替えただろうと思われるキーを使って入り込んでくるという始末。向こうもこっちもびっくりでした。（私たちのチェックインで部屋を変更したことが、カードの変更にしっかり連動されていなかったと予想される）この件については、次の朝、レセプションに日本語で申し出ましたが、朝いた係りからは、きれいな日本語で「日本語わかりません。」と言われてしまいました。（笑い）他のゲストが部屋に入れるはずはないと言い、私たちが持っているカードを受け取り、奥に行って調べ、私たちのカードには間違いはないと言ってカードを渡されました。（元のカードかどうかは？）間違いがないと言っても、他のゲストが部屋に入っていたという事実は確かなので、カードに間違いがなければ、それはそれで不思議なできごとでした。（女性だけで宿泊していたら、怖かったかもね）

Reasonable hotel

This was my second stay in same hotel with family. Its a good hotel near to beach although it provides feelings of an old estate. The TV in room was a 17'inch box TV. No one uses anymore even at home and hence it was a big disappointment. The hotel had activity center with many games which we enjoyed.

Tired and in need of an upgrade, great location

Had to move rooms due to bad water drainage problems. While the dining room, cleaners and ground staff were great, the reception staff were a little standoffish.

Hotel was decent, defiantly needs an upgrade.

First time to Club Bali Mirage. Nice enough hotel. Rooms were clean though the bathroom was a bit tired. Balcony doors were very stiff and didn't close properly so there were a few Mozies coming in. Food was great, couldn't fault the quality or quantity, ate most meals for our 6 night stay within the hotel and was never bored. Pool was great, kids loved it. Would be nice to have a cool Plunge Pool though. Overall, a great stay. Can't wait to see what the upgrades bring.

オールインクルーシブ最高

食べ飲み放題なんてありがたい！隣のホテルに比べて割安だし。 日本語でのオールインクルーシブについての説明書きがもらえます。 チャイニーズディナーはロブスター等出ません。野菜炒め的なセットメニューでスープ以外全て残してしまいました。食事はありがたくいただくタイプですが、ここはお薦めできません!! あと、24時間軽食を提供しますというレストランに行っても今はやってないと数回断られた。 現地語が出来ないのでフロント等に確認しなかったけど、食べられない時間があったのが残念です。 プールスタッフに亀の島ツアーを提案され有料で行きましたが、おりに入った亀がいるだけの場所です。簡易動物園のような。行く必要はないと思います。 お風呂のシャワーカーテンはしっかり閉めてもなぜかビチョビチョ。洗面所が水浸し。シャワーカーテンの防水機能が弱ってるようで、水だだ漏れ。シャワーが固定式なのも残念。

Entering and exiting Bali

The only problem with going to Bali was that no-ones tells you that you have to pay an airport tax to leave, and in our case we had to once at Bali and then pay again when leaving Jakata some people queuing to leave had no cash left I ended up giving 20 dollars to a single women who was quite frantic due to having no money left. I think this should be made clear when booking holiday. Also the visa price has increased for 6 nights for two of us we paid 75 dollars.

The best place in Bali

My fourth time here and it only gets better and better. Small enough to meet people and make lifelong friends. The staff could not be better. No need to even leave the hotel

Hotel on the beach , all restaurants and shopping in walking distance just across the road , Friendly staff , all inclusive available , if you like a drink I would recommend this option, A bit of wear and tear as a renovation is planned , very clean nice rooms !

Dirty beach

Nice swimming pool, excellent massage outside on the beach. Buffet a bit expensive but the fish was good. Dirty beach! Why dońt you clean it? Beach is your asset, the reason why you exist. Good activities proposed by the small restaurant on the beach outside the hotel (jetski, paragliding etc.). Expensive taxi rates proposed by the hotel. Half price if you just check outside on the street.

シャワーのお湯が・・・

今回はバリについて一泊しジャカルタに２日、中抜けした後、また二日宿泊しました。 一泊目はｾｷｭﾘティーBOXがなかったのが残念で、後泊のときは洗面台が手前のふちが水漏れする為下がびしょびしょになってしまい、シャワーの温度が低くバスタブに入っても温まらなかったのが残念でした。ただベランダは風が心地よく蚊もほぼいなく快適でした。食事は普通で可もなく不可もなくといったところでした(＾＾)

Affordable hotel, quiet location.

This is a good hotel for anybody who wants to escape the crazy Kuta area. Nice Bali Collection open-air mall nearby with lovely restaurants. The beach is not that great for swimming because of all the water sports nearby, but a 20 min, 8$ taxi ride gets you to Jimbaran beach, which is great for sunsets and beach dining. Also a superb swimming beach if you like waves.

Close to the beach. Family friendly

We have stayed in the same hotel for the past 4 years. Recommended to friends who have also enjoyed their stay. Rooms are looking a little tired and do require updating. Our stay as usual was excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly.
