    La primera planta tiene aire acondicionado y cuenta con salón con ventana, comedor, zona de trabajo, cocina y un dormitorio con vistas al jardín con capacidad para 2 personas, que también tiene aire acondicionado, baño privado y patio.

    La amplia terraza cuenta con una barbacoa de gas, zona de comedor y de descanso con vistas a unos jardines muy bien cuidados

    La casa está a un paso del puerto de Oak Bluffs, las playas, las tiendas y restaurantes de Circuit Avenue, la popular comunidad de Gingerbread Cottages, el histórico Ocean Park y a un paso de muchas de los alojamientos más destacadas de la Ruta del Patrimonio Afroamericano de Martha’s Vineyard.

    Esta propiedad es un antiguo bed & breakfast y, como tal, puede alojar a varios grupos pequeños de huéspedes y familias, con habitaciones independientes para dormir y asearse

    Tendrás acceso a toda la casa, excepto a algunas zonas de almacenamiento específicas:

    * Una zona del sótano separada con cortinas que se usa para guardar cosas
    * Pequeño cobertizo con cerradura al fondo del jardín delantero, donde se guardan las herramientas de jardinería
    * Garajes independientes con cerradura en la parte trasera del alojamiento, que se usan para guardar material

    Además, hay dos armarios en la planta baja (uno en la cocina y otro en el comedor) con candados pequeños. Contienen la ropa de cama extra y los productos de limpieza para el equipo de limpieza, y los huéspedes no deben acceder a ellos.

We had a great stay here! The hosts were extremely quick to respond and helpful throughout the entire stay. The house is very clean and has an amazing yard/deck spaces for group hang outs. Location is super convenient and walkable to downtown Oak Bluffs. Would love to come back here again!

Ted and Joelle’s home was a fantastic place to gather for our multi-generational family celebration. We had a large group with five couples and the home is ideal for hanging out together as well as finding space for solitude. Some highlights: a large yard to play in, a wrap around porch with lots of seating, a cozy hammock for reading, a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook large family meals! The home is perfectly located for peace and quiet while still being very close to town and all that Oak Bluffs has to offer. Ted was great with communication and always replied promptly. I think the best review is that everyone in our family didn’t want to leave and is already plotting our return!

Comfortable House and Great Hosts

One of the most relaxing and comfortable places we have ever stayed in on the island. Lots of privacy for everyone and felt comfortable the whole time. Would recommend for large groups! The hosts were great and communicated everything to us in a timely manner.

Fabulous house in fun area

Perfect place for our family of 10. Everyone had their own space yet there was room to congregate & play games. The wrap around porch was delightful as well as the large table in the yard for eating al fresco. We hired a professional photographer & there were beautiful spots all over the porch & yard. We would definitely choose this house again!

The location was UNBEATABLE - we all walked to and from town as we wanted. The house felt like a home and you can tell it has been well taken care of for years. Uniquely, it has a HUGE side yard that made for incredible fun as we grilled, used the fire pit, ate outside, etc. And the porches - HAVE MERCY - we spent so much time on the porches. The air conditioning was necessary and so wonderful. Additionally, the fact that the owner provides the sheets & towels was fantastic (many MV rentals do not). Each bedroom has a bathroom which is key! I personally slept in the back room on the sofa bed and, unbelievably, it was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and spices you could want. The washer and dryer were needed and helpful.I rent homes across the world as a professional tour guide/small group tours. I would rent this house again without even blinking. The owners are responsive and so helpful!

Fantastic visit

Ted and Joelle have a lovely home. The pictures didn’t do the home justice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the porches and yard well maintained and we had everything we needed to cook meals and dine together There was plenty of space for our 9 person group They were responsive to any requests as well It was a fantastic vacation and we hope to return again

Amazing home with so much history.

Seriously, the pictures don't do it justice! It's way more gorgeous in person, and the house is super spacious, especially with that wrap-around porch. There are tons of chairs and a table outside for grilling, plus a hammock for two. And that outdoor cedar shower with the awesome rain shower head? Total hit with everyone. We love Ted and his family! The history of the home is spectacular. We held game night outside at the table with umbrella. Our grandchildren played Soccer and tossed football on the side yard. The tree swings were very comfortable and if you moved someone jump in it. All the rooms have a bathroom and balcony to enjoy. The bus stop is across the street, free and runs every 15 minutes, don't be late. Otherwise, it's a short walk to town. We are definitely returning to this home.Also, the kitchen has a Kitchenaide Mixer which I prepared 2 cakes during our trip. We loved the Breville Coffee & Tea Maker and Toaster. We ordered the toaster for our home too.Can't wait to return. 🤩

We stayed in this lovely house with friends for a week long getaway. The hosts, Ted and Amanda, were extremely responsive and friendly. We would reach out from time to time and they were very quick to reply. We had five couples staying in the house and we were very comfortable in the space. All of the bedrooms were a good size with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is rustic, but also a good size so between that and the barbecue, we were able to cook everything we wanted for this group. There’s lots of little sitting areas outside, so we did spend a lot of time enjoying those. There’s a large dining table inside and outside that both comfortably sat our group. The home sits on a main road so there was some road noise, but that did not bother us. The benefit to that was that the bus line drives right by the house and it will take you all over the island. There are a few official bus stops, but as long as you’re in a safe area which this house is, you can simply raise your hand as the bus approaches and it will stop for you. This made it very easy for our large group to travel all over the island anytime we wanted. We thought we would need to rent a car and at the end of the day we never needed one. A huge bonus is the proximity to Oak Bluffs. We walked down to town several times a day. It was a 15 to 20 minute walk. A 5 min walk from the house there is a little convenience store with a wine section that rivals any in Napa Valley. We recommend this property!
